The bottleneck of the energy transition isn't financing; it's projects with site, interconnection, and permits truly resolved. Regulatory and interconnection processes are complex and derail timelines when not managed with local expertise.
Many projects reach the market without firm land control, with incomplete studies, or with poorly sized regulatory risk, and the investor finds out during due diligence.
Our job is to deliver exactly the opposite: Ready-to-Build projects with every deliverable resolved and documented to bankability standards.
Under the 2025–2026 framework (Electricity Sector Law, binding planning and the storage requirement for new solar generation), a project is only Ready to Build if it has interconnection capacity confirmed by CENACE, a CNE generation permit and storage sized from the design stage. We develop with those criteria from day one.
